TEAM INFORMATION:
League: YSSL (Young Sportsmen’s Soccer League)
TEAM OBJECTIVE:
Our objective with this team is very simple: FUN, FUN and more FUN. We will work to build individual confidence by giving each player the foot skills they need to understand the importance of working on their skill set and gain more love for the game of soccer as they see success in their skills. The more repetition, the better they will be able to complete a move, but we know that doing something over and over again at this age could become boring, so we will make sure to keep the sessions fun while keeping the boys learning every session. Our focus is not about winning or losing, but to create a positive and fun environment where the boys can flourish. On top of working on individual skill, we will start working on building out of the back as a starting step to our possession way of soccer.

TEAM INFORMATION:
League: YSSL (Young Sportsmen’s Soccer League)
TEAM BACKGROUND:
This team is a combination of a great group of boys and parents. The main core of the group has been together for the last couple years and we have had some great additions yearly since then. The training sessions are challenging, and the boys are at every training, fully committed to become the best versions of themselves while making the team stronger every season. For the past couple of years of outdoor, these boys have improved drastically and are eager to get better every session and game. The boys went undefeated in their respective Naperville Yards indoor league and ended up winning the championship at the end. Every season the boys are more focused and more driven to become a better team together. They constantly push each other to become better players and the parent support puts us over the top of any team when it comes to team bond.
TEAM OBJECTIVE:
Our objective with this team is to keep our process of playing possession-based soccer, with individual growth on their foot skills moving forward. The more foot skills training, the more confidence they gain when it comes to performing in high intensity games. The focus is still NOT about winning or losing. Even though in their respective indoor league they have not lost, they understand that losing is also a part of the game and it is a huge part on their growth process as a team and individually. The focus is to keep the positive and fun environment for them to keep growing as a team, as well as pushing them individually to become the best version of themselves as soccer players and human beings.

TEAM INFORMATION:
League: IWSL (Illinois Women’s Soccer League)
TEAM OBJECTIVE:
Our objective with this team is very simple: FUN, FUN and more FUN. We will work to build individual confidence by giving each player the foot skills they need to understand the importance of working on their skill set and gain more love for the game of soccer as they see success in their skills. The more repetition, the better they will be able to complete a move, but we know that doing something over and over again at this age could become boring, so we will make sure to keep the sessions fun while keeping the girls learning every session. Our focus is not about winning or losing, but to create a positive and fun environment where the girls can flourish. On top of working on individual skill, we will start working on building out of the back as a starting step to our possession way of soccer.

My dedication to soccer and care for kids is something I convey in all of my training sessions. The overall goal is to develop every player and share all the important parts of the game that I learned throughout my playing and coaching career, both in Europe and the US.
I played in Europe for 16 years, with U Cluj and CFR Cluj. I also had stints in Ohio with Columbus Crew in 1997/1998. At the same time, I coached the Columbus Academy Varsity team to an outstanding .91 during the 1997 fall season.
I have been teaching, consulting, training and coaching at travel club and college levels in the Chicago-land area since 2003, sharing my passion and love for the game, developing and inspiring players from 6 to 18 years old. I also trained both men and women teams as well as taught soccer classes at College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn.
I like to focus my training around the long established pillars of soccer development: technical, tactical, physical and psychological. I rejoice with every player that reaches excellence and mastery of skills, the overall understanding and passion for the game. Developing the excellent characteristics of team play that will last a lifetime is also a huge priority in my coaching.
I encourage everyone to set high standards for themselves and to understand that achieving those heights is possible, only through persistent and dedicated training, a full commitment to the game and a relentless passion for the game. These characteristics intertwined with integrity, courage, and purpose are keystones that will make every individual successful in all avenues of life.
I have a USSF B license since 2008 and an International Sports Manager License since 2010.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialty in Industrial Robotics. I live in Clarendon Hills with my wife and 3 daughters.
I’m looking forward to sharing and to see everyone playing the wonderful game of soccer!

2010 Girls White

TEAM INFORMATION:

League: IWSL (Illinois Women’s Soccer League)
Division: A (Highest Division)
Outdoor Record since Fall of 2018: W23-L0-T0

TEAM BACKGROUND:
This team is a combination of a great group of girls and parents. The main core of the group has been together for the last 3 years and we have had some great additions yearly since then. The training sessions are challenging, and the girls are at every training, fully committed to become the best versions of themselves while making the team stronger every season. For the past 3 years of outdoor, these girls have been undefeated in their respective IWSL leagues. They have made the move from “D” division, to “C” division to “B” division, to now starting their journey at the highest level of “A” division. Every season the girls are more focused and more driven to become a better team together. There is NO better team when it comes to their family type bond.
Even though in their respective leagues they have not lost, they understand that losing is also a part of the game and it is a huge part on their growth process as a team and individually. The focus is to keep the positive and fun environment for them to keep growing as a team, as well as pushing them individually to become the best version of themselves as soccer players and human beings.
